Roderick's dynamic lead baritone has appeared in numerous musical theatre productions throughout the Austin area. They include DreamGirls, Five Guys Named Moe, Once On this Island, The Gospel At Colonus, Blues In The Night, Little Shop of Horrors, Ain't Misbehaving and most recently It Ain't Nothing But The Blues. He has been nominated for several B. Iden Payne Awards as well as the Austin Critics Table Awards. Aside from theatrical venues he can also be heard on several Disney Children's albums as well as lending his talents to several local commercials. He has been with The Atlantics for the past 8 years helping build this into one of the best Bands in the State of Texas. He obtained Vocal and Theatrical training while attending Southwestern University in Georgetown Texas. Rod won the 2004 The Best Supporting Male Actor in a Musical for the Austin Circle of Theaters.
Lead female vocalist Courtney rounds out this delicious duet with her versatile voice, engaging stage presence, and her winning smile. She has been an active part of the Austin Music Scene for more than a decade, and has performed with well known bands including The Atlantics, the Monster Big Band and her own jazz group. She is an Austin philanthropist and is the executive director of JONAH Ministry. She has graced the Austin theater stage in Blue Orpheus, Dreamgirls, Purlie, Gospel at Colonus, Shakin' the Mess Outta Misery, Fame, and most recently Porgy and Bess at the Austin Music Hall. She has an extensive list of local voice-overs, jingles, and studio work to her credit as well.
